REO Asset Management


The commercial REO management objective is to maintain, preserve, and position the special asset for timely disposition within the property or portfolio’s “true market range of value” while containing total disposition costs. PMH utilizes its nationwide relationships with regional and local property management and brokerage firms by leveraging our parent company (SLS and Stewart Title Company) economies of scale in the vendor and service provider marketplace.

By working with our Stewart approved sub-servicing vendors and service providers in a given market to design and execute an appropriate REO asset management strategy , we maintain and preserve your commercial property special asset so as to maximize asset holding period yield and mitigate any potential property erosion in value.
